The Suffolk County Radio Club participated in the Winter Field Day event on January 27th. The club setup in the club communications trailer in the parking lot of the clubhouse. On Monday August 29, 2022 the club met at the Longwood Youth Sport Association clubhouse in Yaphank. Our very own Pres W2PW did a presentation on the handheld that everyone loves to hate, the Baofeng. Pres went over some common menu settings and showed some shortcuts for programming memories.
